Amnesty International Award! Thursday, November 8th, 2007 by President Sahib - AKA Mohammed Yusuf (Hafiz at minus 1)

Alhamdulillah (all praise to God) we raised £405 at our annual Iftar, and half the money raised was donated money to Amnesty International. They sent us this award as recognition.

The Ex-President is also automatically re-enlisted onto the committee.

Things to take note of

- This committee will not come into effect until September 2007
- All elected members will be in the year above next year - important as you must be in year 9 or above to be on the committee.
- The election was conducted by Dr. Munir from the AMA and the results were counted by him.
