No - thats the power of campaigning (i.e. writing to them and telling them).
I think too many Muslims (myself first) make Dua without actually doing anything. Remember the Hadith: “If one of you sees something wrong, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart and this is the weakest faith.” - See how Dua comes last? Of course it is important, but not without the other 2 factors.
